The Space

Milo's Ranch House is the perfect hub for all of your southern Utah adventures! The location is central not only to downtown Kanab, but also national parks and more. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there's plenty of room for families or couples. We're pet friendly, so you don't have to leave your furry friends out of the fun.

As this property is pet friendly, it does require a $50 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friends. Pet Policy: Pets can only be left unattended in the home if they are left inside of a crate. Thank you for being understanding of this policy!

Master Bedroom - King bed, chair, Smart TV, closet & storage.

Master Bathroom - Shower with complimentary body wash, shampoo & conditioner, toilet room, vanity, washer & dryer with complimentary detergent & fabric softener.

Living Room - Open floor plan, beautiful Southwest ranch-style furniture & decor, fireplace, Smart TV.

Kitchen - Stainless steel appliances, blender, toaster, crock pot, square baking dish, muffin tin, cookie sheets, pots, pans, mixing bowls, measuring cups, serving spoons and spatulas. Counter seating for two, dining table with seating for 6.

Backyard - Fully fenced, gas grill, fire pit, comfortable outdoor seating, picnic table, green grass, fruit trees, summer shade.

Guest Access

Keypad lock to open the door. We will send you a private lock code prior to your stay. Although there is plenty of parking for trucks, UTV trailers, etc., keep in mind that NO RV parking is allowed. This is against the city ordinances and you will be fined.

Neighborhood

There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops. We love some of the local tour companies; they can make your travel time far more productive and enjoyable. Many of them even offer early morning pick-ups from Kanab.Equestrian and biking trails are also available.

We want this to be your home away from home so your privacy is yours. We're happy to interact with our guests, but only at your request. We live not too far from the home and are glad to be of service when needed, or if you're just looking for some insider information from the locals we're glad to help. Getting Around

This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.
