General Cancellation Policy

For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made five full days prior to the listing’s local check-in time (or 4:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday before check-in time.

Please note that some properties managed by Zion Stays have specific cancellation policies that supersede the general cancellation policy.

It's important to note that the cancellation deadline is based on the local check-in time of the listing, set at 4:00 PM unless otherwise specified. For instance, if your check-in is scheduled for Friday afternoon, you must cancel your reservation by the previous Sunday before 4:00 PM to qualify for a full refund.​

While our general policy strives to offer flexibility to our guests, some properties managed by Zion Stays may have specific cancellation policies that override the standard guidelines. These exceptions are communicated transparently to guests during the booking process to ensure clarity and avoid any misunderstandings.
