The Space

Located in the new community of Crimson Cliff Villas, Kozy Kanab #12 is centrally situated between Zion, Bryce, and the Grand Canyon, and is designed to be the ideal hub for all of your National Park explorations. This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome has all the amenities you need to make the most of your stay. We have bedding for up to 7 people (1 king bed, 2 queens and 1 air mattress), but if you brought your own sleeping bag, we can accommodate up to 8. Additionally, there is a desk available and blazing fast Wi-Fi for those looking to be able to work.This property is a Dog friendly property and does require a $50 Dog fee.  if you plan on bringing your furry Dog friends.  Policy: Dogs are NOT allowed to be unattended in the home at any time, please understand and respect our policy. NO Cats Allowed in the home.

Neighborhood

Kozy Kanab #12 is located in Kanab's newest development, Crimson Cliff Villas. Please note the address may not show up on some map programs due to the newness. If you need help finding the exact location please let our team at Zion Stays know, and they will send you a direct pin!There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops. We love some of the local tour companies; they can make your travel time far more productive and enjoyable. Many of them even offer early morning pick-ups from Kanab.Equestrian and biking trails are also available.

Getting Around

This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.
